How long will the return take?
Please allow 14 working days from receipt of your goods at our warehouse for the return and refund to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed with a new tracking number for exchanged goods or a refund receipt.
Can I have my order delivered to another country?
To find out if we deliver to your country, please look to see if it is an option in the delivery countries drop down. If you do not see your delivery destination we are unable to deliver to this country.
Can I exchange my order?
If you wish to exchange your order, you will need to return your item first for a refund and place a new order.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. You will be refunded for the purchase. If your order has been shipped, and you want to cancel it, you have to proceed with returning the order as per our Return terms.
Where can I find a size guide?
You can find our size guide table on each product description page under the 'Size Chart' link. Basic measurements can also be found on the 'Size' drop down menu.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can place your order as a guest without creating an account. Creating an account, though, will help you track your orders, use the Wish List, get promotional notices and vouchers and has many other benefits.

What size should I order?
It is very difficult to recommend which size to purchase as each person has their own preferences for how an item should fit and feel. Our items are slim fitting, so we recommend taking this into consideration when placing your order.
